The Causality Cursive - Domestica
The door to this bedroom is heavy. It seems it is there to obscure it from the rest of the world. The doorknob is slightly warm to the touch. A gentle murmur of music can be heard from outside of the door. As you step inside, you notice the walls are crimson in the glow of the perpetual sunrise outside of the window. A few posters of some little, smaller bands are pinned onto the wall. Some of these bands include Best of Winter, Bright Eyes, and The Beautiful Mistake. You can tell they are important to whoever decorated the room. A chair sits in front of the window. It is deep purple in color. The cushion appears to have seen lots of use from the weight of more than one person. There is a four-poster bed pushed up into a corner of the room opposite of the window. It contains two teenagers covered in luxurious blankets and sprawled about the bed and each other. If they are awake, they show no signs of acknowledging you. On the nightstand next to the bed lies a knife stained in blood. An ornate lamp is situated next to the knife. Also on the nightstand is a diary with a picture of a bleeding heart on it. It is locked with something more potent than a place for a key. A feeling of dramatic emotions can be felt coming from the book and seems to be keeping it closed. A record player sits in a corner of the wall with the window. It is playing some gentle piano music. Though quiet, you can feel the music reverberate through your corpus. You can almost feel the desperation in the room. An odd feeling of wanting to be in a moment forever and hopes dashed away in seconds by reality seems to emanate from the bed and the walls. |
