Silvino's the webmaster of Bogotá by Night: Reinado de Máscaras - dedicated to his home town of Bogotá, Colombia. Right now it's more Vampire than anything else, but he's starting an expansion into other WOD Games.

He storytells Vampire, Mage, Changeling, Hunter and KoE but not Wraith, because he can't find any players! But he loves the game immensely, so if there's any other players in Columbia reading this... for Fate's sake e-mail the poor boy!
