Section 11: Review
We started with a simple picture of some of the objects in a Tap Forms database and expanded that to show how JavaScript is used to access these objects both from functions and IDs.
We looked at properties and functions of these objects in the Tap Forms JavaScript API documentation and applied some of these in working examples. We built an Automated Database Documenter script.
Then, we looped through records to produce reports. We sorted and filtered data for those reports. Finally, we applied our knowledge to create a Field script that pulled information from a Linked form.
We even picked up a couple more vocabulary words:
You should also be able to read this code and say what it does.
Congratulations! You reached the end of this tutorial and the beginning of your object scripting adventure. Happy coding!
